That was taken about 4 pm yesterday. It snowed a lot more after that. Still I don't think it is more than a few inches.
The traffic on I-40 and 66 going east was backed up for miles from around 5 pm until 8 pm. A lot of people that work in Albuquerque live in the east mountains, Edgewood and Moriarty, not to mention all the truckers that travel through.
It looks like they did finally close the highways. I can't see any cars on them right now.
I am thankful I don't live further east or have to get up and try to get to work in the morning.
