Kirtland base to get Battlespace Division

I notice that the article doesn't really say much about the advanced surveillance technology.

KIRTLAND AIR FORCE BASE, N.M. -- A U.S. Air Force division that develops advanced surveillance technology and studies how conditions in space affect military operations is moving to Kirtland Air Force Base in Albuquerque next year.
